I have always been drawn to the beauty of flowers and greatly admire the work of botanical artists. Although I work through the medium of photography much of my inspiration has come from fine art painters both past and present.
The love of flowers is universal and for me a subject which will continue to captivate my interest. The challenge in my work and wish is that each photograph I make should evoke in the viewer the same emotion as when observing the real flower.
